The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners has declared a State of Emergency for the entire jurisdiction of the county based on the weather conditions and resulting damages that may be posed by weather related to Tropical Storm Debby. The State of Emergency will go into effect at 8:00 p.m. this evening.
