The Public Hearing for a two-building office expansion located at 13700 Providence Road (the Polivka Property) will not be held on Monday, December 9, 2024, as required statutory notices were not delivered to adjoining properties as required by NC General Statute 160D-602.

The agenda will be amended at the meeting to remove this item and to add a pre-application presentation from The Rhama Center of Charlotte. The applicant will present the project and the public will be welcome to offer comment.
