Town Planning Board Members also serve on the Weddington Historic Preservation Commission.  The Historic Preservation Commission is authorized undertake such actions reasonably necessary to inventory, protect, restore properties of historical significance. Meetings are held the 4th Monday of the first month of every quarter after the regularly scheduled Planning Board Meeting which begins at 7:00 p.m.
