Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Weddington Town Council at the Weddington Town Hall, 1924 Weddington Road on Monday, May 13th at 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of collecting public comment on the 2024 Weddington Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Downtown Master Plan. Copies of the Land Use Plan are available for inspection at Town Hall or can be found at www.townofweddington.com/comprehensive-plan-update.

In accordance with Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Section D-607(C)(8), notice is hereby given that two Public Hearings will be held by the Weddington Town Council at 7:00 p.m. on November 13, 2023, at 1924 Weddington Road for the purpose of collecting public comment on two conditional zoning applications.

In accordance with Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Section D-607 (C), notice is hereby given that a Community Meeting will be held by Provident Land for a proposed gated custom home community for 42 homesites on approximately 62 acres on Union County Parcel Numbers 06153016 & 06153054A, just off Lochaven Road.
