There will a Board of Adjustment Quasi-Judicial Hearing on Monday, January 27, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Weddington Town Hall, 1924 Weddington Road.  The Board of Adjustment will hear a zoning variance request from the Town of Weddington Unified Development Ordinance Section D-917D.M.1(b)(4) Accessory Uses and Structures shall not be located closer to any adjacent right-of-way or street than the principal use/structure for the property located at 8516 Foxbridge Drive (parcel id #06066122).
