Per the Town of Weddington Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Section D-607(C)(3)(a) Classica Homes will hold an On-Site Visit and Design Charette for adjacent property owners on approximately 36 acres located at 5207 and 5215 Hemby Road (parcel numbers 06120004C and 06120004). These parcels are currently zoned R-CD, and no change in zoning designation is anticipated.
