Toll Brothers (the “Petitioner”) is hosting an Open House information session to share updated plans on the approximately 167.48-acre site located at 610 Weddington Road. Representatives from the development team will be on-site from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm to address any remaining questions.

In response to community feedback received during the required community meeting, the following changes have been made:

• Number of homes has been reduced from 93 homes down to 82 homes
• Septic will be provided on individual lots
• Lot sizes will be 40,000+ sq ft
• Additional site access from Weddington Road will be provided to the parcel on the northern side of Weddington Road

The Open House format is intended to allow sufficient time for community members to speak with representatives. A formal presentation will not be made; however presentation materials will be available for review.
