In accordance with the Town of Weddington Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) Section D-607(C)(5), notice is hereby given that a Community Meeting will be held by Juan Blue, Principal Consultant with Chicora Design Consultants for a Conditional Rezoning Application for a church/other places of worship located on 7.7 acres at 7112 New Town Road, Weddington, NC.  The meeting will be held on-site, at 7112 New Town Road on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 6:30 p.m..
