Teen Safety Driving Class-POSTPONED

The NC Safety Council has postponed all of their classes for the next month due to local and national responses to COVID-19. We currently have 6 participants registered and paid, their places will be held for when the class is rescheduled. The time and location will remain the same, and it will be a Saturday.

The Town of Weddington and The Weddington Community and Fitness Center are co-hosting a Teen Driver Safety Class conducted by the Safety and Health Council of North Carolina. It will be held from 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at Weddington Fitness and Community Center and is for drivers between the ages of 15 and 19. Drivers in the class must have a learner’s permit or driver’s license. There are 12 spots available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The cost is $75 and you must reserve a spot by calling the Safety Council of North Carolina, Charlotte and pay for the class over the phone. The direct office number for the Safety Council is 704-644-4200.
