Union County has established a hotline to address NON-EMERGENCY calls related to
Hurricane Florence. The hotline will open at 10:00 AM on Thursday the 13th of
September and remain open 24 hours per day until the immediate threat subsides.
Please use this hotline for questions about shelters, government office hours, flooding
concerns or power outages. DO NOT use this number to report medical issues,
fires or law enforcement related needs. If you have an emergency, please
dial 911.
Your call to the hotline will be answered in the order it is received. There will be no
message or prompts given. The hotline number is 704-283-3545.
