The Town holds several community events throughout the year. The Easter Egg Hunt is held in the spring at the Town Hall. Kids enjoy games and prizes and a visit from the Easter Bunny. The Town schedules a spring and fall Clean up Day where residents are encouraged to help clean up the roads within the Town. Lastly, our Annual Tree Lighting is held in December where the Town lights the tree and enjoys local groups performing while residents enjoy hot cocoa and cookies.

Children ages 10 and younger are invited to participate in the Town of Weddington’s 2nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt. Bring your camera and take a picture with the Easter Bunny. Games and refreshments to follow the hunt!
Please bring a canned good to be donated to a local food shelter.
